United Way of Milton Hits Goal

Announces it has raised $1,002,312 at its Touchdown Celebration

Milton – March 24 2017: There were many familiar faces tonight at the Mattamy National Cycling Centre in Milton, where United Way of Milton held its Touchdown Celebration, a public event for the Milton community during which it publicly announced its 2016 fundraising total.

Milton – March 24, 2017: Local fundraisers express gratitude, lifting signs with the words Thank You at the United Way of Milton Touchdown Celebration.

 

Doors opened at 6:00pm and the event was open to the public, with live entertainment from local band, Jojo and the Chintos, food from Scooter’s Catering and drinks from Orange Snail Brewers and Pelee Island Winery.

Milton – March 24, 2017: Musician Wayne Melnechuk, Mayor Gordon Krantz with United Way of Milton spokesperson, Lee Howchin, along with a few younger United Way supporters at the United Way of Milton Touchdown Celebration.
